About: Gab was born in Wollongong but moved to Newcastle as a baby and has called it home for as long as she can remember. Gab has always been grossly competitive growing up with Basketball, Cross-Country Running, Skiing, Touch Football, Swimming and Tennis, she gave anything a go in order to win something! Always outdoors and running around with family dogs, she is always smiling and if she wasn’t she was probably eating. Gab doesn’t sit around and wait for someone to make change, she always does whatever she can to help people and make a difference, including running long distances to raise money for charities, she gives everything a red hot crack!

Work: Gabby pursued her love and passion for animals becoming a qualified Veterinary Nurse and working as a nurse for several years. She became a Veterinary Reception Manager later in her career which lead her to her role at Next-Gen Physio and she’s never looked back.

Play: Dreams of being a full-time stay at home dog Mum to her Border Collie Bindi. Reading, writing, the ocean and running are Gab’s safe havens with Mitch by her side and she will give absolutely anything a crack in order to have a laugh!

Hands down the best team, best physios, and best atmosphere you could ever wish for. I've been seeing Dave for a few climbing/sports related injuries, along with post-surgery work after a meniscus tear, and I've felt nothing but improvements and confidence from session to session.

What an incredible team, and incredible atmosphere with incredible results! I have been to Next-Gen for issues with headaches, associated with neck, shoulder and TMJ pain which have all been dramatically improved with dry needling, massages and exercises. I highly recommend Next-Gen Physio!

Awesome team - i had been having trouble with my ankle and knee for a long time and after a few visits I am now able to walk without pain for the first time in years. Dave was incredible in working back to the actual source of the pain and not just treating the most obvious issue.
