What are your opening hours?

We are open 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8am – 12pm Saturday.

Our Fees & What to Expect!

Your health journey is unique, and so is every appointment at Next-Gen Physio. We’ll take the time to assess, treat, and guide you with a clear plan so you know where you’re headed. Claims can be made on-the-spot via HICAPS, and we’re happy to process Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans if provided by your GP.

60 minute Initial Physiotherapy Consultation: (Standard) $180 (Senior) $190
Your first session is designed to set you up for success.

What’s included:

A comprehensive assessment to understand your condition.
A clear, tailored treatment plan.
Referrals for scans or specialists if required.
Hands-on treatment during your first visit.
A personalised exercise program to continue progress at home.

30 minute Standard Physiotherapy Consultation: (Standard) $125 (Senior) $130
Focused follow-up sessions to build on your recovery.

Progress check and treatment adjustments.
Hands-on therapy such as dry needling, mobilisation, massage, or taping.
Updated exercise plan to match your stage of rehab.

Remedial Massage
Our remedial massage therapists use targeted techniques to relieve tension, aid recovery, and enhance wellbeing.

30 min: $75
60 min: $135
90 min: $180

Pregnancy Massage
Safe, supportive, and designed to reduce pregnancy-related aches while keeping you and your baby comfortable.

30 min: $85
60 min: $145
90 min: $190

Womens Health Physiotherapy – with Kelsey Clark
60 minute initial consultation $190 – 30 minute standard follow up consultation $130

Our Women’s Health Physiotherapy consultations focus on the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pelvic health conditions across all stages of life.

This may include support for:

Urinary and bowel concerns
Pelvic pain
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Basic prenatal and post natal care

Where are you located?

We are located on Northcott Drive, Kotara next to the McDonalds and across the road from the Westfield Shopping Centre.

Is there parking available?

We have four Next Gen Physio car parks that are available for patients to use. You will find two located near the entrance of our building and two inline with the hedge, closest to Northcott Drive. They have Next Gen Physio signage to indicate.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Should you cancel or not attend a scheduled appointment without providing 12 hours notice, the full fee of the consult will be charged to your account. Not attending an appointment without contacting the clinic as to why, is an inconvenience to the clinic and our other patients.

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes we do! If you aren’t able to find a time that works for you, please call the clinic on 02 4965 5712 and we can add your name to our waitlist. We will send a text message to all patients on the waitlist with a first in first served system.

Do I need a referral to see you?

You don’t need a referral to book an appointment at Next-Gen. However if you have had any scans that are applicable to your appointment, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can have these on file.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

If this is your first appointment we recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the required Patient Registration Form.

Do you have HICAPS claiming available?

We have a HICAPS machine in the clinic for on the spot claiming. This means that you swipe your health fund card and only have to pay the gap on the day.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wearing loose fitting clothing is best.

How long will my appointment be?

Your first appointment will be 60 minutes, and all follow up appointments will be 30 minutes. If you are a previous patient that is returning with a new injury we also recommend a 60 minute appointment.

Do we have a bathroom?

We do have a bathroom available in the clinic for patients to use.

It had been going on for 15 months of various doctors and with all sorts of tests nothing definitive showed up. I was desperate. Tom tried a few things and realised it was something that needed further investigation. He headed me in the right direction with recommendations direct to my GP.
