I came to Next-Gen following ankle ligament reconstruction surgery. Wow! I had been to other physios in the past however, they were clinical and detached to the immediate and ongoing problems I was facing.

Tom and the Next-Gen team have always gone beyond my expectations. It is not just about the hour that I am being treated, it is about a holistic plan to get me back doing the things that I love. I can access my treatment plan remotely from my phone with images and videos of the actual exercises I need to be doing – no stick figure drawings like other physios!

I can add comments and ask questions directly to the team from my phone at home, without having to go into the clinic! So good. Everyone is so warm and friendly, I really feel like part of the Next-Gen family!
