Dry needling uses sterile acupuncture needles inserted deep into muscle tissue to assist in the improvement of blood flow and nerve response to a particular area of the body.

When combined with a physiotherapy treatment, the effects of deep tissue therapy and massage offer faster recovery, reduction in overall swelling and pain associated with surgery or injury.

I went in to see the guys at Next Gen and was referred to Adam for a remedial massage. After my first massage I immediately rebooked with him again, his knowledge about particular muscles and post massage exercises is great, and also how in-depth he goes with his massage definitely made me want to return again. I can’t recommend Next Gen Physio enough.
