So where does manual therapy actually fit?
It’s not everything… but it’s powerful ⚡️
Manual therapy (massage, joint work, dry needling) can:
• Reduce pain quickly
• Improve movement
• Help things feel more “normal” again
For a lot of people, this is what helps settle things early so you can actually move and progress.
But it’s not the whole treatment
Relief is great, but it’s not the end goal.
Once things have settled, that’s where we:
- introduce the right exercises
- build strength and control
- create a clear plan forward

That combination is what actually stops things from coming back.
